The biggest thing I have covered with fondant to this date, it came out great I was so excited! it served 100 people. It was for a memorial service for a great client of mine, whose mother passed away. My thoughts are with them during this difficult time.

Here is a wedding cake from 2 weekends ago - she asked for something unique, so we decided on square with the fondant wrapped around the sides to create a layered look. I love when I get the chance to make something special for my own kids. My daughter Aubrey turned 8 last week and had her party at Sweet Tomatoes (yes, it was her choice, haha) but she looked through a magazine found what she wanted and I made it. It was vanilla with butter cream filling, even after all the pizza, 'salad', and frozen yogurt the girls enjoyed eating the cake.

Because fireman always get treats, my husband who is a police officer decided his squad needed some special treats. So we made these cupcakes special for them. Each one was customized with the officers individual number. They all enjoyed them very much!

We had a fantastic baby shower this weekend for one of my sister-in-laws who is having her first baby! Everyone pitched in for the party. It was a Dr. Seuss 1 fish 2 fish, red fish, blue fish theme. We made party favors that were red and blue fish cookies and we also had fish cookies to be dipped in the chocolate fountain. A fabulous time was had by all!
